The best province for an Indian newcomer depends on immigration pathway, occupation, family budget, language, community support, and the cities where jobs are realistic. Province choice is not only a map preference.
Compare my province options
Ontario attracts Indian newcomers through the GTA, Ottawa, Waterloo, colleges, universities, and broad job markets. BC attracts through Vancouver, Surrey, climate, schools, and Pacific connections.
Both can be expensive, especially around Toronto and Vancouver.
Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Atlantic provinces may offer better housing math or specific pathway possibilities for some profiles. The tradeoff can be weather, smaller job markets, fewer relatives, or narrower occupation fit.
If the constraint is job market, Ontario may rank high. If the constraint is rent, Alberta or Manitoba may. If the constraint is family network, GTA or Surrey may matter. If the constraint is French, Quebec and bilingual planning are different conversations.
